How the Beta Test Works

Duration: 2 weeks
Goal: Test how the Play Builder performs and gather your honest feedback

Here’s what to do:

1️⃣ Set up ChatGPT (if you haven’t already)
The Play Builder runs through ChatGPT.
If you don’t already have an account, you can create a free account at chat.openai.com .
(A paid “Plus” account also works but isn’t required — it’s just a little faster.)

2️⃣ Open the Play Builder
Check your email for the link!

3️⃣ Start creating!
Type a topic or material you’d like to explore — for example:

“Create a play-based STEAM lesson about magnets.”
“Plan a lesson about pumpkins and balance.”
“Create an activity that connects to The Very Hungry Caterpillar.”

Each time you run a prompt, you’ll get a fresh, hands-on lesson built on the Preschool STEAM framework.

*Because it uses the same play-based method, you might notice similar themes (like building or sorting) appear across topics — that’s normal and helps children connect STEAM ideas through play!

4️⃣ Try it 2–3 times over the next two weeks.
Experiment with different topics or materials.
Notice what feels easy, creative, or inspiring — and what could use improvement.

5️⃣ Share your feedback by October 30th, 2025.
